Azerbaijan's EmbaFinans non-bank credit organization (NBCO) has announced a change in its legal organization form, Trend reports referring to the NBCO.
EmbaFinans is reportedly re-registering and changing from a limited liability company to a closed joint-stock company.
Earlier, Fintrend NBCO underwent the same procedure on Sept. 30.
EmbaFinans was founded in 2012 and provides various types of loans. The company also provides various types of discounts on products of national furniture brands - Embawood, İdealDizayn and Madeyra.
