Military-air force commander of Kazakhstan has been appointed, Kazakhstan Today reports.
Alsay Dzhumanov has been appointed military-air force commander of the Air Defense Force of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the president's decree.
According to the press service, "Nurzhan Mukanov has been appointed commander of anti-aircraft defense of the Air Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan by the president's decree."
