Luxembourg-based Cargolux Airlines International S.A plans to carry out eight flights to Turkmenistan's Turkmenbashi city per week, the 'Neutral Turkmenistan' newspaper reported Apr.8.
Cargolux Airlines is Europe's largest all-cargo carrier.
Based on the agreements inked between the aviation authorities of Turkmenistan and Luxemburg, Cargolux Airlines has been delivering various types of cargo from Luxemburg to Taipei, from Hong Kong to Vienna and Budapest through Turkmenbashi four times a week since June of 2015.
Aside from the mentioned cities, Cargolux Airlines will deliver cargo from Luxemburg to Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City through Turkmenbashi airport starting from Apr.8.
