Europeans interested in oil, gas projects in Iran

European companies are interested in investing in Persian Gulf Holding projects in southern Iran, according to Isa Mashayekhi, CEO of the Iranian Petrochemical Commercial Company International (PCCI).
Mashayekhi said the projects include Bidboland 2 refinery, Hormoz, Hengam, 3200 LNG, Apadana, as well as development projects at Bandar-e Emam Khomeyni and Arvand, SHANA news agency reported Aug. 10.
“Talks are underway with numerous foreign companies,” he said. “We are looking forward to them [talks] turning into agreements and contracts.”
He said the companies come from various countries, including Germany, Italy, Spain, Japan, South Korea, China and India.
