The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for May 8:
Export floor: Offers 2,640 tons of bitumen and insulation as well as 8 tons of saffron.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 43,379 tons of various polymers and 97,150 tons of bitumen as well as 25,000 tons of vacuum bottom.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 2,000 tons of cement.
Agriculture floor: Offers 847,050 day-old chickens, 6,750 tons of sugar, 22,500 tons of wheat and 1,500 tons of crude vegetable oil as well as 21,000 tons of colza, 14,552 tons of barley and 1,000 tons of date.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 500 tons of palm oil.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
