Changes made to law on land reforms in Azerbaijan
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev issued a decree on amendments to the Law on land reforms, Land Code, the Code of Administrative Offenses, the Azertaj state information agency reported.
The Cabinet is mandated to develop and submit to the President proposals on amendments and supplements to the Law on land reforms, Land Code, Code of Administrative Offenses, as well as to provide regulations of Cabinet and executive bodies of law on land reform within two months.
The Cabinet also instructed on the basis of the State Committee for Land and Cartography to determine the coordinates of the turning point of 20-50 meters of the coastline of the Caspian Sea (lake) in Azerbaijan.
Cabinet is mandated to address other arising from this decree questions.
Under the decree, the above-mentioned bodies are the State Committee for Land and Cartography, Ministry of Emergency Situations, State Border Service and the district (city) authorities.
