Due to bad weather conditions in Georgia, restrictions remain on several sections of road.
The movement of trailer, semi-trailer vehicles and buses, designed for more than 30 people, is restricted in the direction of Russia, in the Gudauri-Kobi area and Cross Pass, the Georgian Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure told Trend on Monday.
The movement of other types of vehicles is allowed only when using snow chains. The movement of cross country vehicles with two or more drive axles is allowed.
Due to the abundant snow, vehicle movement is prohibited in the Vaziani-Gombori area (Kakheti region). Movement is limited here for trailer and semi-trailer vehicles.
Traffic is free to move over the Rikoti Pass.
