Ukraine’s president promises to name elections’ date
( ForUm ) - The President of Ukraine promised to name the date of the early elections this week. He reported in his speech on Chernechaya Mountain in Kaniv.
Yushchenko emphasized that the early parliamentary election will be hold.
"I want to tell more: Ukrainian and world society will know the exact date of the elections this week," the president told.
Yushchenko assured that these elections will be democratic and fair.
According to Yushchenko, early elections will help in fighting with treason and infringement of the Constitution.
The President has also noticed that he sees the "optimistic actions" in early elections. "I understand that Ukrainian people wait for a quick decision," Yushchenko told, adding that on the conditions of such deep political crisis the decision can't be found in a short period of time.
