Oil prices in the second half of 2015 will rise. Such a forecast made by experts , speakers at the seminar in Baku as part of the 48th meeting of the ADB Board of Governors.
Experts believe that a further decline in oil prices is not expected.
"We think that in June 2015 , oil prices will gradually go up, and in September of this year will reach the level of 75-80 dollars a barrel" - said the expert.
