The 13-th sitting of the Foreign Ministers Council of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSECO) member- states will take place on 28 October in Chisinau. The Azerbaijan’s delegation at the meeting will be headed by the deputy Foreign Minister (FM) Mahmud Mammadguliyev, the FM press-release reads, Trend reports.
During the meeting a number of issues are scheduled to discuss: receiving the observer status at BSECO, development of rules for the use of BSECO reserve fund, the ways for mutual cooperation, organizational issues, staffing of the BSECO international permanent secretariat, the budget of the organization and etc.
Relevant documents will be adopted on the results of the discussions.
Founded in 1992 BSECO incorporates 12 countries: Рђzerbaijan, Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Rumania, Serbia and Montenegro, Turkey, Ukraine.
