Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr S. Ilhamgizi / The Presidents Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and Abdullah Gul of Turkey had a one-on-one meeting at the Presidential Palace on 6 November.
Turkish President is paying a 3-day official visit to Azerbaijan (6-8 November).
The two leaders mentioned successful development of the friendly and brotherly relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey in all fields, and continuous expansion of the two countries' cooperation within international organizations. They noted the global energy projects being implemented by Azerbaijan and Turkey would serve prosperity of both states and people, as well as peace and stability in the whole region.
The Presidents also discussed Azerbaijan-Turkey bilateral relations and touched upon regional and international issues.
