Namazov, who balloted from the First Yasamal Constituency 15, apealed to the Court of Appeals and then to the Supreme Court. Both insrances rejected the suit, while on Tuesday Namazov expects to receive answer from the Constitution Court.
Namazov said that the Constitutional Court might not answer the appeals. “Therefore upon definite procedures, I will present documents to the international courts. I will prove that I have taken a victory in the elections,” he underlined.
