On Wednesday the Baku Executive Power replied to the address by the Azerbaijani National Independence Party (ANIP) on granting of place to hold a congress, the party told Trend.
The Baku authorities refused to grant the Shahriyar Culture Center and the Theatre of Opera and Balet to the party, proposing the Khatayi Culture Palace instead of it. The congress will be held on 22 January from 11.00am to 18.00pm [local hours].
It should be mentioned that ANIP also turned to private objects. Hyatt Regency replied that the hotel was under repair, Europe Hotel - it was busy reserved on 21 and 22 January.
