On July 21-22, the special session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the South Caucasian countries will be held in London, PM Siyavush Novruzov, head of the Azerbaijani delegation in South Caucasian PA and also the deputy executive secretary of New Azerbaijan Party, told Trend.
The reason for the conducting of the special session is justified through the absence of Armanian delegation at the previous session. The Armenian delegation didnt attend that session due to the contradiction within the country. The special session will focus on transferring the chairman authorities to Armenia. And Armenia will present the action plan for the next six months.
Novruzov noted that the composition of Azerbaijani delegation for the next session of South Caucasian PA hasnt been defined yet. The composition will be appointed in he near future and we always actively participate in discussions and the agenda, taking part in this special session, he added.
