On May 15, 2006, during the court hearing on the case of chairman of youth movement Yeni Fikir Ruslan Bashirli and his assistants Ramin Tagiyev and Said Nuriyev, the defendants broke the rules one more time.
R.Bashirli submitted several petitions to the court. However, prosecuting official Shahin Veliyev proved these petitions to have nothing to do with the case.
After the debates, the judge announced petitions dismissal. Then accused, protesting such decision, turned their backs on the judge. The judge, in turn, regarded such behavior as disrespect for the court and ordered to make a break till May 26.
