Iran and Sudan have highlighted boosting cooperation in internal arena and promoting bilateral ties, the Youth Journalists Club (YJC) reported on Sunday.
Iranian Vice President Ali Saeidlou and Sudan's President Omar al-Bashir met in Sudanese capital Khartoum, and discussed issues of mutual interest.
The Iranian official is in Sudan for a three-day visit. He is scheduled to meet also with some other high ranking officials of Sudan and inaugurate a number of development projects, which have been carried out by Iranian companies, in the African nation.
