The "Turkmengaz" State Concern has announced a tender.
The subject of the tender is the procurement of general plant equipment.
The applicants are invited to submit written requests (the applications are not accepted from the companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones) for the participation in the tender, indicating full name, legal status, country of registration and requisites; to familiarize with the tender rules, to obtain the specification of the lot, technical requirements and the contract terms; to receive invoice for payment of $500 or equivalent in manat (excluding VAT and banking costs) for participation in one lot free of charge.
The tender bids will be accepted until 16.00 local time, July 14.
Tender bids should be delivered since the publication of the advertisement. The bids are accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account in two envelopes.
Full technical specifications and requirements for the offered products, as well as all the necessary tender documents should be submitted in the first envelope.
The second envelope should only offers (technical and commercial specification) on the prices of the offered products.
