Kazakhstan’s Mangistaumunaigaz (MMG) oil and gas company will make dividend payments as of 2019, Trend reports with reference to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).
KASE posted the company’s report for 2019 on the exchange's website.
The report said that the company’s undistributed 2019 revenue of 40.7 trillion tenge ($96.9 million) will be fully allocated for paying dividends.
Thus, some 374 tenge (89 cents) of funds will be paid per share, both simple and privileged.
In turn, dividends on simple shares will be paid via two tranches:
The dividend payments on shares worth 404.4 million tenge ($969,976) will be made on Aug. 10, 2020.
Dividends on simple shares worth 20.1 billion tenge ($48.01 million) will be paid on Aug. 11, 2020.
Mangistaumunaigaz is one of the largest Kazakhstan oil and gas production enterprises which provide more than 31 percent of oil production in the Mangistau region and 8 percent in the whole of Kazakhstan.
The company has developed 15 oil and gas fields with 969 million tons of total initial reserves (6,783 million barrels). The main industrial areas of exploration are Kalamkas and Zhetybai oilfields.
