“Barmek Azerbaijan plans to pay 55bn manats to Azerenerji JSC for the energy received in November,” Husseyn Arabul, the President of the Company, told Trend.
According to Arabul, 42bn manats of the sum has been transferred to the account of Azerenerji.
Barmek Azerbaijan paid over 350bn manats to Azerenerji from early 2005. Under the contract undersigned with the Azerbaijani government Barmek Azerbaijan deducts the debts of the 1st category subscribers, particularly, Baku Metro, State Committee on Refugees and IDPs, Agency on Melioration and Water Economy from the payments to Azerenerji.
In 2004 Barmek Azerbaijan paid 463.2bn manats to Azerenerji.
