In the first quarter of 2005 Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery Plant refined 843,700 tons of crude and raw material, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan told Trend. 18.4% of the entire output was exported to other countries. 98.3% of the export product fell on engine oil.
Azneftyag fulfilled the forecast by 102.1%, a source at SOCAR said. Forecast on the production of light oil products was over-fulfilled by 117%. The forecast on production of oil production of oil products in the rigs of the secondary refinery was fulfilled by 105%.
Last year the two Azerbaijani ORPs refined a total of 7.4 million tons of oil, or 20.2% more than the forecast.
