The international workshop Human Resources Potential Raising. Distance Learning Use will be held in September in Baku. The event is scheduled for the first half of September and will be held under the organizational support of the World Postal Union, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies (MCIT) told Trend.
The IT - specialists from some countries, particularly, from CIS and Baltic ones and experts of international organizations are planned to be involved in the event.
The 23-d sitting of the RCC (Regional Commonwealth Communication) commission on postal communication is also expected in Baku in mid-September.
The 33-d sitting of the RCC Communication Administrations heads and the 7-th sitting of the Coordinating Council of the CIS states on informatization under RCC was held in Baku in May.
