The key goal of the Foundation is to assist local IT staffs in getting education abroad. The Foundation will be located finances by the private companies and the Ministry of Communications
The Foundation brings together nearly 20 IT companies, including AZEL, Sinam, Ultra, Catel, Azercell, Bakcell, Azerfon, Microsoft. After the Foundation is registered, its first meeting will be held to elect members the Executive Board and define action plans.
