Kyrgyzstan 's Parliament has passed the draft law intensifying the fight against human trafficking at the first reading, 24.kg reported. Such decision was taken at the parliamentary session today.
Number of parliament members noted that this problem is topical for Kyrgyzstan. In opinion of deputy Dastanbek Djumabekov, cases of sexual trafficking of our girls to the United Arab Emirates become more frequent. "Besides, it is necessary to keep in mind that vast number of people illegally involved into forced labour in agriculture," he added.
