“Tebigy ekin”, a Turkmen agricultural enterprise, for the first time launched mechanization of garlic sowing by using the specialized sowing equipment of the "Sabz Dasht" company, Trend reports on Oct.7 citing Business Turkmenistan.
The enterprise plans to conduct garlic sowing on 30 hectares of land this year, most part of which has already been completed.
The new equipment allows to perform most of the work in automatic mode, but at the same time sow in four rows. The device also allows changing the frequency of seeds falling to the ground. Accurate seeding is a key feature of the equipment.
