Iran has filed a complaint against the Russian Federation with the International Court of Arbitration in Paris as Moscow has violated a deal to hand over an air defense missile system to Iran, Mehrnews reported.
Russia reneged on an agreement to sell the surface to air S-300 missile system to Iran last year claiming international sanctions prohibited arms sales to Iran.
