Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan to cooperate in improving civil service management

The Civil Service Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Personnel Service of the Kyrgyz Republic signed a memorandum of cooperation in the sphere of improving civil service management on Sept.11.

The Civil Service Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Personnel Service of the Kyrgyz Republic signed a memorandum of cooperation in the sphere of improving civil service management on Sept.11.

The memorandum was signed by the chairman of the Civil Service Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Bahram Khalilov and the chairman of Kyrgyzstan's State Personnel Service, Aaly Karashev.

The signing ceremony took place during the conference on improving public service efficiency by ensuring the growth of potential of civil servants that kicked off in Baku on Sept.11.

The conference is being attended by the representatives from Turkey, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Romania, China, Montenegro, India, Macedonia, Tajikistan, Poland, Nigeria, Japan, Bosnia and Herzegovina and other countries.
