Azerbaijan, Baku, 25 April / Trend / On 25 April, Ilham Aliyev, the President of Azerbaijan, received the famous scientist and academician Roald Sagdeev.
Mr Sagdeev said that Azerbaijan had developed considerably since his last year visit to the country. He said he is pleased to be in Baku and meet with President Aliyev.
Sagdeev informed the Azerbaijani leader about the meetings he held at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies, Aviation Academy and Institute of Cybernetics. President Ilham Aliyev said the visit will be a good opportunity for Sagdeev to familiarize himself with the development of science and new technologies in Azerbaijan.
The President also expressed his confidence that Sagdeev`s visit would contribute in exchange of experience among the scientists.
