Ukraine, Kiev, 16 September / Trend corr. D.Novosvitski/ Ukrainian Party of Regions does not intend to initiate early elections in the country, party's leader Viktor Yanukovich said at a parliamentary meeting on 16 September.
"We did not initiate early elections last year and will not this time," he said.
According to Yanukovich, it is time for everybody to have a think what Ukraine needs to improve the life of its citizens.
"The Constitution must be changed so as to provide efficient operation of authorities," Yanukovich said.
