Georgia, Tbilisi, Jan. 12/ Trend N. Kirtzkhalia/ Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze "understands better" Russia's negative reaction to conclusion of Georgian-U.S Charter on strategic partnership.
"Certainly, Russia wasn't pleased of such document," Vashadze said on Jan. 12 at the briefing. "This Charter is an obstacle to carry out Moscow's plans willing to turn Georgia into so-called "grey" territory without power and law," Foreign Minister said.
"Russia failed to achieve its goals by August aggression to overthrow power in Georgia and presently, this Charter will be another nail in a grave of Russian plans where all Moscow's aggressive intentions towards Georgia will be buried," Vashadze said.
