Minister on Implementation of Punishments, Probation and Legal Aid, Dmitry Shashkin said to journalists that he wants to establish a dialogue with the opposition.
Shashkin said that the framework of the ministerial group that will launch a dialogue with opposition will be approved at the government's meeting.
Representatives of NGOs will also enter the group.
"For me and all of us the most important is the execution of the order, which is to open a dialogue with opposition," Shashkin said.
