On December 30, 2010 in Jordan the Embassy of Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan- Jordan Friendship Society organized an event dedicated to the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day, Azerbaijan's Embassy in Jordan said.
Permanent and temporary residents of the Azerbaijani community in Jordan, active members of the Azerbaijan-Azerbaijan Friendship Society and Embassy staff took part in the event.
Opening the event the first Secretary of the Embassy, Murtuzov this significant occasion I congratulated the participants of the event on this significant occasion
and spoke about the history of the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day. Then the Jordan-Azerbaijan Friendship Society Secretary. Hamshavi as well as
Consul of the Embassy Abdullayev stressed high-level relations between two countries. Abdullayev said that friendly relations between countries turned into
friendship between peoples of both countries.
Participants of the event were allocated with "Heritage" magazine and Musayev`s book "Advisory opinions of the International Court of Justice on Kosovo and Nagorno-Karabakh - Comparative analysis" which play an important role in promoting cultural heritage of Azerbaijan.
A film dedicated to the days of Azerbaijani Culture in Jordan was shown.
