BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 11. Patricia Scotland, the Commonwealth Secretary-General, arrived in Azerbaijan on November 11 to participate in the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, Trend reports.
At Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Patricia Scotland was welcomed by Adil Karimli, Azerbaijan's Minister of Culture, along with other officials.
