BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 13. Rufat Mahmud has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Board of the "Icherisheher" State Historical and Architectural Reserve Administration, Trend reports.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree in this regard.
