The new OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos, outlined his country's priorities for the Organization in 2007 on Thursday in Vienna, Trend reports quoting the statement of the Office of the Chairman. It is stated that Minister Moratinos will speak at a session of the Permanent Council, the Organization's main regular decision-making body. Expected highlights include the fight against terrorism, participation and diversity in open societies, protecting the environment and strengthening the Organization's role as a forum for dialogue and co-operation.
