Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / Third State program has been devised in Azerbaijan for fighting against narcotism and illegal turnover of narcotics. Presently the State program has been presented to relevant ministries and organizations for consideration. After this, the program will be submitted to the President of Azerbaijan for approval.
The State program is expected to be adopted in the first half of 2007.
