A Sumgait delegation paid a visit to Tbilisi on Nov. 21-25.
The visit was organized by the German Society for Technical Cooperation and was held within the South Caucasus Local Authorities Support Program.
The delegation included the chief specialist of the Sumgait Executive Power and a department head of Sumgait City Hall. The delegation studied the Tbilisi City Hall's Citizen Support Program, as well as the country's reforms and "single-window" system.
Earlier this year, one of the delegation's members visited Sumgait's sister city of Ludwigshafen, Germany to study local experience.
