BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 20. An earthquake has hit the Caspian Sea, the Republican Seismic Survey Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan said in a statement, Trend reports.
The Service indicated that the tremor was logged at 07:22 local time (GMT+4).
The earthquake had a magnitude of 3.1, with its epicenter located at a depth of 16 kilometers.
