Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend P.Amirjanov / The Ombudsman of Azerbaijan, Elmira Suleymanova, met with the AIDS-affected 17-year old girl who is detained in the detention isolator of the Penal System of the Justice Ministry of Azerbaijan. Suleymanova became familiarized with the detention conditions, health and psychological condition of the sick girl. She has spread her disease to 200 people.
The Ombudsman will prepare proposals and recommendations on the AIDS-affected girl and submit them to relevant bodies.
