In September, prices in the first housing market of Baku increased by 0.8 percent and reached $956 per square meters compared to $948 in August, the Property Market public organization said.
Price rise was observed in the Yasamal District (2.6 percent), Narimanov District (2 percent) and Nizami District (1.1 percent) and price fell was observed in the Sabail District (2.9 percent), Surakhani District (10.6 percent), Binagadi District (2.8 percent) and Sabunchu District (11.1 percent).
In September, construction of 456 buildings was continued on Baku initial dwelling market. The number of construction companies hit 154.
A greater number of new buildings continued to be built in Yasamal, Khatai and Nasimi districts of Baku, which accounted for 63.4 percent of total portfolio of the first housing market.
The average size of apartments in new buildings in Baku remained at 121.8 square meters. The average indicator of blocks was 2 and the average floor rate -14.9.
