Iranian former oil minister Masoud Mir Kazemi prepared pleading documents about $11.2 billion violence accuration against him and submitted them to the Judiciary System, Pananews reported.
The Iranian Parlament discussed Kazemi's avoidance of transferring $11.2 billion oil incomes to the Sovereign Wealth Fund and sent the violence case to Judiciary System.
Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadineajd sacked oil minister in June, while members of parliament were preparing to impeachment Mir Kazemi.
Rostam Ghasemi replaced Mir Kazemi as oil minister in August.
