The State Committee on Property Issues of Azerbaijan has announced a tender to carry out work on the creation of a real estate electronic database, a report of the tender commission published on Tuesday in the official press, said.
According to the report, the tender consists of two lots. The first includes the creation of a database of real estate buildings and digital maps in the Sabail, Yasamal, Nasimi, Narimanov and Khazar districts of Baku.
The second lot includes carrying out analogous works on 53 regional centres, cities, towns and villages of Azerbaijan (with the exception of the Baku, Sumqayit, Ganja and Sheki regions).
Work within the framework of the first lot should be completed in a year and on the second lot within five months from the date of signing of the contract.
The cost of participation in the tender is 500 manat.
Participant tender offers which are valid for at least 30 business days from the date of opening of the envelopes and a bank guarantee to the sum of four per cent of the cost of the tender offer which is valid for at least 60 days from the date of opening of the envelopes are accepted up till 17:00 July 24, 2013 at the following address: Baku, H. Javid Avenue, 31 (room 510).
Envelopes with the tender offers will be opened at 11:00 on July 25, 2013.
