Some 28 companies with Chinese capital were registered in Turkey in June 2018, which is nine companies less compared to the same period in 2017, Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) told Trend July 23.
TOBB noted that, the total capital of Chinese companies registered in June this year amounted to 8.6 million liras, while this figure was 6.7 million liras in June last year.
The number of companies registered in Turkey in June 2018 amounted to 11,861, which is 32.67 percent less than in the same month of 2017. The largest number of companies (2253) were registered in Istanbul.
The number of companies closed in June 2018 amounted to 2671.
The official exchange rate on July 23 is 4.8086 TL/USD.
