Hundreds of Holstein cows will be brought to Jizzakh region of Uzbekistan in 2020, Trend reports via Uzbek media.
The cows of this breed are famous for their valuable and healthy milk, which will soon appear on the shelves of Uzbek shops.
The Holstein breed of cows is world famous for its impressive milk yield - the result is 7.5 to 10 tons of milk per year with a fat content of 3 to 3.8 percent. The mentioned cows give very valuable and useful milk containing protein A2.
Scientists also emphasize the anti-allergenic properties of this product, reducing the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease. In addition, A2 milk has a much higher nutritional value. Due to its unique properties and safety, it is recommended for pregnant women.
Holstein cows will arrive from the US to organic dairy farm in Jizzakh region, which was built by Jizzax Company, in September 2020. Their planned herd is 2,000 cows.
