NAKHCHIVAN, Azerbaijan, October 18. Nobel Energy Management Company plans to build a solar power plant with a capacity of 400 megawatts in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the Deputy Head of the State Energy Service of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Tural Murtuzaliyev told Trend.
He noted that a ceremony for laying the foundation of the new solar power plant with an initial capacity of 30 megawatts will be held very soon.
To note, Energy Minister of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov emphasized in an article published in the "Azerbaijan" newspaper that cooperation is underway with Baltech, Nobel Energy, A-Z Czech Engineering, and TotalEnergies to build 1200 MW solar power plants (SPP) in Nakhchivan by 2030.
