( Mobilemag ) - The Pantech C3 has been reasonably successful because of its ridiculously small form factor, but one thing that has been missing from the picture is Bluetooth. Not so anymore, because Pantech has just announced the C3b. As you can probably guess, the "B" part of its name signifies that this tiny flip phone has Bluetooth under the hood.
