Monitorings Held in About 30 State Internet-Resources in Azerbaijan
Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. S.Babayeva / The Center of Informative Systems and Technologies of Multimedia, has reported that the coalition of 'Development of informative freedom', developed the methodology of monitoring of Internet-services of state bodies, which have held about 30 monitorings of official resources, including Cabinet of Ministers, Parliament, Ministries, State Committee and in many others, within the framework of the draft of Assistance in implementation of information freedom of citizens.
The methodology was developed to appreciate access of information through Internet-resources in compliance with the legislation on receiving information. The document envisages defining of necessary criteria and parameters for assessment of Internet-resources, development of rating table and observation and review on different state web sites. Methodology includes analyze and assessment of Internet-resources of state bodies by their quality and quantity. The quantity stipulates the volume of information, placed on web site, and quality and composition of information.
The current state of Internet-services has been analyzed during monitorings, as well as the recommendations on upgrade of their functioning have been developed.
