The main index of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) increased by 2368.76 points (2.22 percent) to end the trades at 108,872.9 on June 20.
According to the TSE official website, about 2,556 million shares, valued at $165 million were traded for the day.
The trading value registered a rise by 16 percent, while the volume increased by 13.4 percent compared to the preceding day.
The Price Index (TEPIX) increased by 598.27 points (1.83 percent) to post 33,290.9.
The First Market Price and Dividend Index TEDPIX (FM) increased by 1835.48 points (2.36 percent) to 79,606.1.
The Second Market Price and Dividend Index TEDPIX (SM) increased by 4236.44 points (1.97 percent) to post 219,755.4.
The Industry Index increased by 2,253.35 points (2.34 percent) to post 98,476.2.
TSE 30 Index gained 113.87 points (2.18 percent) to close at 5,328.
TSE 50 Index increased by 109.94 points (2.43 percent) to end at 4,636.1.
Persian Gulf Petrochemical Company, Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company, Mobarakeh Steel Company, Mines and Metals Development Investment Company (MMDIC), Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company (CMIC) were among the companies that imposed the highest positive effect on the TSE index.
Meanwhile, National Iranian Copper Industries Company, Bank Mellat, Bank Eghtesad Novin, Mobile Telecommunication Company of Iran and Behshahr Industrial Company had the biggest negative impact on the TSE index.
