A visit of Prime Minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili to Russia is not planned. As stated by the press service of the Prime Minister of Georgia, despite messages, appearing today in the Russian press on an allegedly pending visit of Ivanishvili to Moscow, this information is not true.
'The visit to Moscow was not and is not planned, including at this stage', the press service said.
Russian newspaper Izvestiya reported on Tuesday that a department of the Russian government is purchasing Georgian flags to decorate the room of the Georgian-Russian negotiations at the White House. Publication with reference to a reliable source says that Moscow is preparing for the visit of a high level delegation headed by the Prime Minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili.
