De facto Honduran gov't orders withdrawal of Argentine diplomats

The de facto Honduran government ordered on Tuesday the withdrawal of the Argentine diplomatic staff in Tegucigalpa and restricted the level of its ties with Argentina, Xinhua reported.
The de facto Honduran Foreign ministry said in a communique that since the date its diplomatic ties with Argentina will be done through the Argentine embassy in Israel.
"Regarding the Argentine staff in Tegucigalpa, based on the reciprocity principle, they will have the same treat, term, and ease than the one given to the Honduran officers in Argentina," the ministry said.
On Aug. 13, Argentine disclaimed the Honduran diplomatic representation saying that Honduran ambassadress Carmen Eleonora Ortez Williams supported the coup in Honduras.
In the same day, Argentina announced that its diplomatic ties with Honduras "will be canalized by the Honduran embassy in U.S."
