Azerbaijan and Belarus signed an agreement on cooperation in the sphere of information and communication technologies.
The document was signed by the rectors of Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio electronics, Mikhail Batura, and that of Azerbaijan Technical University, Khaver Mammadov.
Another agreement for cooperation was signed between the Azerbaijani and Belarusian companies, Ultra and of ST Group.
